Despatch Information.

We will send an e-mail confirming your order straight away.

Delivery is normally on a Thursday for all orders received by Tuesday 5pm. Order received after this time will be delivered the following Thursday. Customers can request an alternative delivery day, please e-mail us at or call us on 01335 361287.

Meat is despatched on Wednesday overnight in cold packaging, ready for Thursday delivery. (Some parts of Scotland take up to 2 days, and extra packaging is used.) It will be suitable for freezing on arrival, if required.

Please note - due to the perishable nature of the product there must be someone in on Thursday (or Friday in some parts of Scotland) to take delivery of the meat.

Alternatively it can be picked up from the courier's depot on the same day. The courier will not be able to leave meat at the delivery address.

We can not refund where the courier is unable to make a delivery because there is no-one in.

Shipping costs just £12.00 to you irrespective of the size of the order.

We do not export meat outside of the UK. Please note that it is illegal to take personal exports of bovine products out of the country, unless accompanied by the appropriate veterinary certification.
