something you order may be unavailable. If so we will contact you, or replace
it with something of equal or higher value. If you have ANY special requirement,
let us know, and we will try to accommodate it. You can do this on the order at the checkout.
Taxes
All
prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable at 17.5%.
Returns
No.
This is simply because as meat is perishable, it will be off by the time you return
it, and so can no longer be eaten. We ask you to trust us to supply the best meat
we can, so that you will return week after week as a customer. In the case of
an error by the carrier, we can of course replace the order free of charge. Please
note that in these circumstances we need proof of when the delivery was attempted.
This
does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Payment
by Cheque
If
you pay by cheque, we will despatch the goods once the cheque has cleared, informing
you of the despatch date. To do so, select the
button at the bottom of the check out page.
