This is Rare Breed, High Welfare Pork, farmed fully free range, using
no growth promoters or antibiotics (unless the animal is sick). These
breeds are farmed in Derbyshire and give better crackling than mass produced
supermarket style pork. Breeds include Gloucester Old Spot, Saddleback,
Berkshire, Tamworth and British Lop.
